Bowen University  invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its degree programmes for the 2018/2019 academic session. BOWEN UNIVERSITY GENERAL ENTRY REQUIREMENT. A. UTME 1. All applicants are required to sit for the 2018 Unified Tertiary MatriculationExamination (UTME) 2. All applicants are required to have credits at SSCE, GCE, NECO, NABTEB or approved equivalent in at least five (5) subjects, which must include English Language and four other subjects as may be specified by each Faculty 3. The five credits should be obtained in not more than two sittings. 4. Osun State University, UNIOSUN matriculates 3,000 as Vice-Chancellor admonishes students to remain disciplined and law-abiding through out their stay in the university Osun State University on Wednesday, 28th March,2018 held its 11thMatriculation ceremony across all colleges as the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Labode Popoola advised the students to remain disciplined and law-abiding through out their stay in the university. In his matriculation speechpresented across the colleges,the Vice-Chancellor described the matriculating students as fortunate as the university could only admit 3000 out of 6,865 candidates that applied to UNIOSUN this 2017/2018 academic session. JAMB Speaks on the removal of some 2018 UTME Results from its Portal

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) says the 2018 Unified Tertiary University Examinations (UTME) results that were removed from its portal after the release of all results might have been withheld. The Board’s Head of Media, Dr Fabian Benjamin disclosed this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria, NAN, Monday in Abuja. NAN reports that some candidates had earlier cried foul, following the removal of their released results from the website of the Board, after initially accessing it. The candidates complained that the site displayed, “You do not have any result yet” or “you did not write the examination,” after such results were earlier published.
