Important Information For All LAUTECH Fresh Students

The Management of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology wishes to notify all students admitted during the 2017/2018 admission exercise that the under listed documents should be submitted at Room 2, Student Affairs Building from Monday, March 5, 2018 till Friday March 16, 2018 between 9am and 3pm.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

i.   3 copies of LAUTECH Admission Letter
ii.  3 copies of JAMB Admission Letter
iii. 3 copies of Verified O/L Results
iv. 3 copies of Receipt of Payment of Acceptance Fee
v.  3 copies of Birth Certificate or Sworn Affidavit of Birth
vi. 3 copies of Photocopy of Local Government Identification
vi. Original Copies of two letters of Recommendation
viii. Original Sworn Affidavit of good behavior and (2) copies of same
in.  Original receipt of purchase of Student Hand Book and (2) copies of same
x.  3 copies of Medical Clearance Forms
xi. 3 copies of payment of Tuition fees
xii. 3 copies of Oath of allegiance
xiii. Original State of Identification form and (2) copies of same
xiv. 3 Copies of Brief Bio-data Form
xv. 3 recent passport photographs.

The documents are to be used to process your files to the various Faculties/Departments and Academic Affairs Unit. Treat the information with utmost urgency it deserves.
