Gombe State To Establish University Of Technology

The Governor of Gombe State, Ibrahim Dankwambo has promised to establish a University of Science and Technology in the state before the end of his tenure.
Dankwambo stated this while receiving the chairman of the Governing Council of Federal University, Kashere, Otunba Gbenga Daniel, and his team, at the Government House.
He said the decision to establish the new university was inspired by the need to develop the right manpower that would deploy research and technology in resolving the various challenges confronting the state.
The governor added that a location has been selected for the university and promised to complete the institution before the end of this tenure.
