FUBK post Utme 2015 details announced. The Federal University, Birnin Kebbi (FUBK) invites candidates who chose the University as their first choice (i.e. most preferred Institution) in the 2015 JAMB UTME to apply for the Post UTME Screening Exercise.
ELIGIBILITY
FOR UTME
Only candidates who chose the University and have scored 180 points and above are eligible to attend the exercise.
FOR DIRECT ENTRY
Only candidates who chose the University and have minimum qualification of Lower Credit at Diploma from recognized institutions or 6 points at NCE/IJMB or equivalent qualifications are eligible to attend the exercise.
HOW TO APPLY
Candidates are to generate a Payment Invoice and take the payment Invoice to any of the branches of First Bank and UBA to make a payment of two thousand naira (N 2,000) only. Payment can be made in any of the branches of these banks nationwide.
To generate the invoice, visit the website (putme.fubk.edu.ng) and click on the “GENERATE INVOICE” icon.
After payment at the bank, you shall be issued a receipt. If no receipt is issued to you, do not bother, the TRANSACTION ID on your invoice is enough to get you going.
Visit the website (putme.fubk.edu.ng) again and click on the ‘LOGIN’ icon to fill registration form and click on “Complete Application” button to complete the process. The size of the passport to be uploaded must not be more than 100KB of JPEG format.
Print the completed registration page and come along with it to the examination venue.
SCREENING DATE & DETAILS
The Post-UTME is scheduled to hold from Thursday, 17th September, to Saturday, 19th September, 2015. Time: 10.00 a.m. daily. Venue: University Take-off Site, opposite KARDA, along Birnin Kebbi Jega Road.
ALL CANDIDATES MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS TO THE SCREENING VENUE WHERE AVAILABLE/APPLICABLE:
1. Evidence of payment of two thousand naira (N 2,000) only, into the University account with either First Bank of Nigeria Plc. or United Bank for Africa Plc.
2. The following Certificates (both originals and photocopies of each):
i. First School Leaving Certificate
ii. O-level certificates (GCE/WASC/SSCE)
iii. Higher institution certificates (ND/NCE etc.)
iv. Birth certificate/Declaration of Age
v. State of origin/LGA certificate
3. One passport size photograph
4. Original UTME result slip and photocopy of same
5. Original DE JAMB slip (for Direct Entry candidates) and photocopy of same.
PROCEDURE ON ARRIVAL AT THE SCREENING VENUE:
1. Candidate are to report to classroom 108 (CRM 108) at the University take-off site with the above mentioned documents for pre screening registration where they will be issued a Tag indicating their serial number in the waiting queue of their proposed departments.
2. There after the candidates shall proceed to designated venue for the PUTME screening.
